Children

For accommodation of children aged 0 to 6 years, please contact us directly. Children aged 6 to 11 are subject to an additional charge of €25 per night. Children aged 12 and above are considered adults and charged €45 per night. Please note that extra beds cannot be added to the rooms.

 

Breakfast

The prices include a full traditional breakfast, which is served between 9am and 11 am. In case of a special diet (diabetes, allergies, vegetarian, etc.), you are kindly requested to inform us upon your arrival.

 

Pets

At Alkyon SeaSide Studios, pets are allowed in accordance with the Pet Accommodation Rules provided below and subject to a charge of €25 / per night for cleaning and disinfection services.

Pet Accommodation Rules

· The pet must have its health booklet with it and must have received the appropriate internal and external parasite treatment, as well as all necessary vaccinations.

· The pet must always be under the supervision of a caregiver.

· The caregiver is responsible for ensuring that the areas used remain clean.

· Apart from your room, pets are allowed in the hotel’s outdoor common areas, always on a leash.

· The presence of pets in indoor common areas and food service areas is not permitted.

· Please ensure that the pet stays in its own designated space in the room, on a cushion or in a crate. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

· Under no circumstances may any of the accommodation’s equipment be used for the care of the pet (e.g. shower, available towels and sheets, cooking and serving utensils).

· If your pet needs to remain in your room while you are away, it must remain inside a crate or carrier, provided that it does not cause any damage or disturbance.

· During the cleaning service, please ensure that the pet has been removed from the room.

· Any damage caused by the pet must be compensated for immediately.

· The accommodation bears no responsibility in the event of injury or death of the pet.

· Please inform us in advance if this concerns guide / assistance dogs.

 

Payment policy

A deposit of 25% of the reservation amount is required to confirm your reservation.

 

Cancellation policy

If cancelled up to 21 days prior arrival no fees apply.

For cancellations up to 5 days prior arrival, the 50% of the reservation fees occur. In case of cancellation 5 days days prior arrival, no-show and earlier departure 100% of total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
